This is one of my creations, created by Sri Lankan adaptations of the Poison Ivy character in the DC universe. This is a traditional Sri Lankan design made from Narilatha flower.
(Narilatha is one of the wood carvings which can be seen Embekke devalaya. This picture depicts a flower in a shape of
women in other words women beauty has been compared to the elegance of a flower. Among the carvings, there are 125 series of decorations, 256 liyawel (Decorative leaf work),64 lotus designs in
Pekada ( flowery designs of Lotus and Binara flowers peeking at the edges), 30 decorative patterns on timber, roof members, making a total of 514 such exquisite carvings.)
